Quotes

Reads the request, uses your rates and your margin rule, and leaves a draft ready to send.

Coordination

Collects the documents and confirmations every booking and import declaration needs, from every party, and keeps chasing until they're in. You only hear about it when it needs you.

Tracking

Checks every shipment in the carrier and terminal portals with your own accounts, several times a day, and only flags what changed.

Arrivals

Keeps the container release, terminal slot and trucker in sync. When one changes, Freddie adjusts the others.
